Julio is the head of WL Kitchen & Home’s professional design team, with many years of architectural and design experience. He instills his personal focus on aesthetics and craftsmanship into his whole team’s work.

He is driven to create spaces that highlight and relate to both the aesthetics of the designed space, as well as its everyday function. Grounded in architectural training from his native Colombia, his portfolio also includes a wide variety of projects, from paintings and wood carvings, to various mixed media, a true Renaissance man. This artistic foundation helps him in drawing upon both history and innovation to bring his clients’ personal visions to life. Knowledgeable in every step of the design / build process, Julio understands the attention and effort that goes into each element of his clients’ projects.

From the smallest details to the full scope of a space, his extensive knowledge of artistic and architectural mediums, gives clients the best design and project delivery possible. Julio’s continued exploration of new types of architectural and artistic processes informs his imaginative approach for achieving a true balance between aesthetics and functionality.
